How to Order
Parts and Accessories:
Must be ordered over-the-phone. Please call us directly at 724-274-7131 to place your order for parts, including glass, globes, mantles, burners, electric accessories, etc.
Lamps, Torches and Posts:
We are available to assist you Monday through Friday between 8AM and 4:30PM EST.
1. Choose Your Fixture:
Browse our collection of lamps, torches, and posts to select a style that fits your needs. Click, “Customize and Price” on the product page to begin designing your fixture.
2. Customize Your Fixture:
Use our Design Studio to customize your fixture by selecting the options and decorative accessories that you prefer.
3. Add to Project:
Once you’ve completed customizing your fixture, you’ll be asked to create an account in order to save your selections and/or complete your order.
4. Create an Account/Login:
Create a free account to organize your projects, add additional fixtures, save customized products, and submit your order. If you’ve already set up a free account, sign in to view, edit, or add to your existing projects.
5. Review and Submit Your Order:
Once you’ve verified your account, sign in to submit your order. A sales representative will contact you within three business days to confirm your order, provide the expected delivery date, discuss the shipping costs, and receive your payment information prior to completing the final transaction. At this time, payment can be made with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
